cancellation policies

We do understand that things happen and there might be situations when you would have to cancel your appointment,we require a notice of 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations done after 24 hours will result in the full charge of the selected service.

Rescheduling Policies

If you choose to reschedule, please do so 24 hours before your services. Failed to reschedule before 24 hours of your service will be charged for the full appointment. deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling would require another deposit fee for the next rescheduled appointment.

Spa Policies

Guests and company are not allowed. If there is a guest the appointment will have to be rescheduled and the deposit is

non-refundable.

Please arrived at the appointment 15 minutes before the service for consent form signature.

There is a 15 minutes grace period after you will be charged for the full service.

Please remember to take makeup off before coming for lash or brow service.
A clean face is preferred
No calls no shows will also be charged for the full service.
Must be 18 years or older to book a treatment. If under 18 a single parent must be present to sign the official documents and can remain for the entire session.
